We analyse the market and the client’s product portfolio. and we define the segments together. In the case of the distributor, he specifically wants to know which are the establishments with a high relevance of the product ‘meats’ in the menu and comments, with an average ticket of between €15 and €30 and with a high occupancy in the dinner time slot.
