How do we implement it?

One of the great challenges for commercial teams in the Food Service industry is to maintain their updated and qualified client portfolio. In this use case, we tell you how a large distributor of frozen products detected critical inefficiencies in its CRM: outdated information, incomplete records and manual processes that depended on the time and memory of several sales reps.

Despite having a strong sales network and a large portfolio, the company was suffering from a clear misalignment between the market potential and the information available in your CRM. In addition, the high turnover and constant evolution of the HORECA channel further complicated the task of maintaining reliable and up-to-date data.

STEP 1: INTEGRATION
