Key Horeca Results in Summer 2025
Delectatech had the pleasure of participating on November 7th and 8th in Cartegena, business in the 88 Cumbre Cafetera, an international event focused on Colombian and Latin American origin coffee. The forum was attended by over 400 experts from around the world, involved in all phases of the coffee supply chain, as well as a selection of special guests invited to exchange perspectives and experiences.
In this edition, Xavier Mallol, CEO y fundador de Delectatech, fue uno de los invitados especiales y presentó ante la audiencia la ponencia titulada: El Futuro que nos espera, en la que abordó uno de los temas de tendencia en todo el mundo, que trasciende de manera transversal todos los ámbitos de la vida humana: la Inteligencia Artificial Generativa y algunos de sus productos estrellas cómo el GPT, ElevenLabs, Amper o Runway.
During the talk, Xavier shared his vision of artificial intelligence applied to coffee consumption, haciendo un especial énfasis al funcionamiento y alcance de esta tecnología basada en el aprendizaje, y para ello, presentó junto con Gonzalo, modelo de Inteligencia Artificial entrenado por Delectatech a partir del censo de establecimientos de toda colombia y establecimientos de alta relevancia de café, reveló algunos de los datos más importantes para el desarrollo de proyectos del sector Horeca y Cafetero en Colombia.
